RECEIPT TZATZIKI WITH CHESTNUT HONEY 750 gr of greek yoghourt 1 cucumber ( peel it, remove the seeds and and do it in small peaces) 3 hashed garlics 2 spoons of dill 1 spoon of olive oil Valle de Ayora 2 spoons of chestnut honey Flor de Flor 1 lemon juice salt Mix th whole, leave it for half an hour in the fridge. You can serve it with toasts or in salad ....
